Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! Out of respect for our artists and other clients, please review our policy:
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment is shortened we can complete as much as possible with time left or 50% cancellation fee and reschedule.
We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you.
